Legal Notice for Maslow Website
This document describes the Terms and Conditions applicable to access and use of the website "www.maslow.hr" (hereinafter the "Site") owned by MASLOW HR INC., with registered address at 108 Escalera Parkway, Georgetown, TX, USA (hereinafter "MASLOW").
The provisions contained herein shall apply to any individual who occasionally, frequently, or permanently accesses and/or uses the Site (hereinafter the "visitor" or "user(s)"); as well as to any commercial transaction related to the products and/or services offered therein.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions applicable to the entire Site, each service or content may provide, where applicable, particular terms and conditions to which those who use such services or access such content must adhere. Such documents may supplement, modify, or supersede part of what is set forth herein, and in such cases the former shall prevail.
To access certain services available on the Site, user data may be required. Prior to providing any personal data, users must acknowledge the provisions on personal data processing by MASLOW, included in the Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance by Visitors
MASLOW, as administrator of the Site, requires that each visitor accept and comply with the terms included herein as a necessary condition for accessing, remaining on, and using the Site.
In this regard, any person wishing to access and/or use the Site may do so by adhering to the provisions set forth herein and to applicable national and local legal regulations.
Any visitor who does not accept, disagrees with, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy shall not be authorized to access and use the Site and must discontinue browsing the Site and refrain from re-entering or using the Site in any form.
When, after entering the Site, the visitor remains on it beyond the time reasonably required to become aware of these Terms and Conditions; uses any service; or exits and re-enters in any other session, it shall be understood that the visitor has accepted and given positive consent to the content of this text as a whole, assuming the obligation to respect what is set forth herein.
3. The Site
Within the Site, the User may, among other activities:
- Learn about the various services offered and access free demos.
- Obtain information about prices, features, and product presentations.
- Make inquiries about services of interest.
4. Site Availability
MASLOW makes its best efforts to maintain and improve the quality of its services; however, it does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted provision of the Site's services. The computer systems on which the Site depends may occasionally be unavailable due to technical difficulties, connectivity failures, or any other circumstances beyond MASLOW's control. The Site may also be temporarily offline due to maintenance or updates.
5. User Obligations
The User agrees to use the Site and its contents in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the particular terms and conditions of each service where applicable. The User agrees to refrain from using the Site and its contents for unlawful purposes, contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
MASLOW shall not be liable for any damages that may arise to the person or property of the User from the use of the Site, nor for any damages that may be caused by force majeure or fortuitous events.
The User acknowledges that MASLOW shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any other damages to the User or third parties resulting from the failure to provide services through the Site or its malfunction for any cause beyond MASLOW's control.
MASLOW shall not be liable for a) any damages suffered by the User arising from the inherent risks of the Internet, including, by way of example, the interaction between the Site and the User's equipment, or the alteration by third parties of information transmitted through the Site or stored on the User's or MASLOW's equipment; b) the alteration, loss, or theft of data transmitted through public communication networks.
MASLOW excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the unavailability or discontinuity of the Site's operation, or the frustration of expectations that users may have attributed to the Site.
MASLOW shall not be liable for attacks perpetrated by third parties, nor for any circumstances arising directly or indirectly from such attacks.

8. Intellectual Property
The contents, products, and services on the Site, as well as information; trademarks; trade names; designations; data; texts; graphics; images; designs; photographs; audio; videos; logos; icons; software; databases; and files, are the property of MASLOW and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and industrial design laws and treaties (Paris Convention, Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, TRIPS Agreement, etc.).
The improper use and total or partial reproduction of such contents are prohibited, except with express written authorization from MASLOW. The use of the Site shall not, under any circumstances, be interpreted as authorization and/or granting of a license of MASLOW's and/or third parties' intellectual property rights.
MASLOW reserves all rights to the aforementioned material and does not assign or transfer any intellectual property rights to users. Users shall only be authorized to use MASLOW's proprietary material when the purposes of such use are those specifically provided for on the Site.
9. Content Claims
If any User or person with a legitimate interest considers that there are facts or circumstances revealing the unlawful nature of the use of any content and/or the performance of any activity on the Site, particularly the violation of intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, industrial models and designs, trademarks and trade names, etc.) or other rights, they must send a notification to MASLOW containing the following information:
- a) personal data: name, address, telephone number, and email address of the claimant;
- b) specification of the alleged unlawful activity carried out on the Site, and particularly in the case of alleged rights violations, precise indication of the protected content and its location;
- c) facts or circumstances revealing the unlawful nature of such activity;
- d) in the case of rights violations, personal data of the holder of the allegedly infringed rights or the person authorized to act on their behalf;
- e) an express, clear statement under the claimant's responsibility that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that the use of the content or activities described is unlawful.
10. Contact Information
For users to contact MASLOW, communications directed to contacto@maslow.hr shall be considered valid.
Notifications and communications sent by MASLOW to the postal address or email address provided directly by the user, or to the address appearing as the sender's domicile or email address, shall be considered effective and fully valid. Communications consisting of notices and messages posted on the Site, or sent during the provision of a service for the purpose of informing users about a particular circumstance, shall also be considered effective.
11. Links or Hyperlinks To or From the Site
11.1 To the Site
The establishment of any "hyperlink" or link between a web page outside the site "http://www.maslow.hr" and any page thereof may only be done with MASLOW's express authorization. In no case shall MASLOW be liable for the content or statements on web pages from which hyperlinks to the Site are established. The existence of a hyperlink between a web page and the Site does not imply that MASLOW is aware of it or maintains any relationship with the owners of the website from which the link is established.
MASLOW reserves the right to request the removal or deletion of any link from a web page outside the site, at any time, without cause, and without prior notice. The person responsible for the website from which the link was made shall have a period of 48 hours from MASLOW's request to remove or delete it.
11.2 From the Site
Hyperlinks or links on the Site that connect to third-party web pages are intended to improve the user's browsing experience on the Site by making available tools, content, and services provided by third parties unrelated to MASLOW.
MASLOW does not control, endorse, or guarantee the security, quality, legality, accuracy, or suitability of services and content offered by third parties on or through the Site. MASLOW shall not be liable for any damages experienced by users who acquire products or use third-party services. Access to and use of web pages linked from the Site shall be the sole responsibility of the user, who must take all necessary precautions according to the type of service, content accessed, or product acquired.
Users who consider a page linked from the Site inappropriate may submit their complaint or recommendation through the contact mechanism provided by MASLOW.
12. Changes and Modifications
MASLOW may introduce any changes and modifications it deems appropriate at its sole discretion to these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice, with the mere publication on the Site of the modified terms being sufficient. All modified terms shall take effect the day following their publication.
Within 3 (three) days following the publication of the modifications introduced, the User must communicate by email their rejection thereof; in such case, the relationship shall be dissolved and the User shall be disabled. After this period, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
