The Challenge
Managing incentives manually can quickly become an operational problem, especially without a scalable structure. At Cuota Ya, a company offering consumer credit for retailers, the main challenge was managing point crediting and control for their commercial team.
The previous model required too many manual processes, complicating both day-to-day operations and visibility into the incentives being granted. It involved individual calculations for each credit, manual file uploads, difficulty auditing points, little control over consumption and balances, and slow processes that were hard to scale.
As the operation grew, the team needed a simpler, automated and easier-to-manage solution.
The Solution
With maslow, Cuota Ya moved toward a much more efficient and centralized way of managing incentives. The implementation started in late 2024 and during 2025 they began using the platform end-to-end.
Today they work with a simple structure: two administrators run the operation, officers have assigned groups and sellers, and incentives are distributed automatically per team.
The platform allowed them to automate mass crediting, improve point control and auditing, simplify daily operations, give more flexibility to employees and scale management without added complexity. One of the key differentiators was broadening the ways incentives could be used: previously benefits were mostly limited to gift cards and today employees can use their credits in categories that are far more useful day-to-day, like Mercado Pago, supermarkets and flexible digital benefits.
