Maslow Created: The App That Personalizes Employee Benefits
Matías Botbol, founder of Taringa!, the social network with 76 million monthly active users, and Diego Boryszanski, founder of Fulljaus, together with Ricardo Migoya, who worked 20 years in the HR industry, created Maslow.
The platform is a SaaS solution that enables companies to offer personalized benefits tailored to each employee's individual needs. Today it's used by over 10,000 users across 25 countries and features more than 5,000 benefits available throughout Latin America.
Its clients include Manpower, L'Oréal, Uber, Amazon, and KFC. The company operates on a per-employee subscription model, providing access to configurable tools and integrations with Microsoft Teams, SAP, and SuccessFactors.
Investment and Projections
The initial investment in Maslow was $100,000 from the Newtopia investment fund. Later, Bdev Ventures and Leandro Sigman joined, raising approximately $1 million in total. The company projects reaching over $3 million in ARR and plans to open a Series A round in early 2025.
The team consists of 25 employees and the platform has already impacted more than 20,000 active users across over 10 countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, the United States, Spain, Portugal, and Germany.
